Before alterations were made to this tired structure, it failed to integrate with the site, solar orientation or utilise its spatial potential.
After the alterations had stripped the roof back and simplified its expression, the original form of the building became evident. With new steel framed windows and a touch of colour all acheived within a very tight budget, the building is lighter, brighter and more liveable.
